How long is a typical White Desert tour?

Our White Desert programs range from a quick 2-day, 1-night trip up to multi-week itineraries. Most first-time visitors choose the 3-day, 2-night program for a full desert camping experience without a long time commitment.

Do I need camping experience to join a desert safari?

No. Our guides handle tents, meals, and navigation; you just need to be up for sleeping under the stars. All trips include experienced local drivers and desert guides.

What is the best time of year to visit the White Desert?

October through April offers the most comfortable daytime and nighttime temperatures for desert camping. Summer trips are possible but hotter, especially at midday.

Can tours be combined, like White Desert and Luxor?

Yes, several of our itineraries (Programs 101, 102, 105, 106) combine desert camping with Nile Valley destinations like Luxor, Aswan, and Cairo in a single trip.

Is transportation included in the tour price?

Yes, all programs include 4×4 transport suited for desert terrain, along with a driver and guide for the full duration of the trip.
